Thanksgiving is a time to slow down, reflect, and appreciate the people and moments that make life meaningful. As I look back on this year in real estate and in our San Antonio community, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude — not just for the homes sold, but for the relationships, conversations, and trust that make this profession so rewarding.
Here’s what I’m especially thankful for this year.
1. The Incredible Families and Clients I Get to Serve
Every buyer and seller I work with brings a unique story, goal, and reason for making a move. Whether you were relocating to San Antonio, downsizing, moving up, or selling a longtime family home — thank you for letting me be part of your journey.
Your trust means everything. It’s a privilege to help people make some of the biggest decisions of their lives, and I never take that lightly.
2. The Beauty and Community of San Antonio
There’s truly no place like San Antonio.
I’m thankful for:
-
The historic charm of our missions and the Alamo
-
Evenings at the River Walk and Tower of the Americas
-
Concerts, Music, and Spurs games
-
Our friendly neighborhoods — Stone Oak, Encino Park, Alamo Ranch, Roseheart, Deerfield, and so many others
-
Hill Country mornings and tubing the Guadalupe
-
And of course… amazing Tex-Mex and BBQ
The lifestyle here is unmatched — and sharing that with people moving from across the country is one of my favorite parts of this job.
3. The Opportunity to Help Downsizers and Relocators Find “What’s Next”
I’m deeply grateful for the chance to guide:
-
Empty nesters looking for low-maintenance living
-
Seniors making thoughtful transitions
-
Families moving up into their next chapter
-
Relocation buyers discovering the heart of Texas for the first time
Your stories inspire me, and I’m thankful that you trust me to help you navigate these important moments.
4. The Growth of My YouTube Community
This year, more people than ever have tuned in for market updates, neighborhood tours, and relocation videos. Thank you for watching, subscribing, and sharing your questions.
Every video exists to help buyers and sellers make smarter decisions — and I’m thankful to everyone who follows along.
5. The Support of Friends, Family & Community Partners
None of this happens alone.
I’m grateful for incredible colleagues, inspectors, lenders, photographers, vendors, and the entire Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper team who help bring each transaction to the finish line.
And to family, friends, neighbors, and supporters — thank you for every referral, comment, like, and encouraging word.
A Heartfelt Thank You
As we head into Thanksgiving, I want to say sincerely:
I appreciate you. I value your trust. And I’m here whenever you need guidance, answers, or a helping hand in real estate.
Wishing you and your loved ones a warm, joyful, and meaningful Thanksgiving.
🍁 Happy Thanksgiving, San Antonio!
