I’m Art, and I’m Here to Guide You

A native Texan and Vietnam Era Air Force Veteran, I’m proud to call San Antonio home. Through the advice of my Dad, I purchased my first property at 18 and have owned real estate in some form since. I’ve invested, rehabbed, flipped, bought and sold nearly 100 homes in San Antonio and have purchased and sold New Homes which provides continuous value to my buyers. In addition, I worked for one of the premier home builders in San Antonio as a sales counselor and have a far above average knowledge of new home construction, the process and how to provide value to you. I understand the building process and how to best serve you as my client, creating value and negotiating the price and amenities you expect. You will find I’m a warm, caring and knowledgeable person who cares deeply about my clients finding the home best suited for them or selling their current home to move on to the next exciting chapter in their lives. After raising my 4 daughters, my hobbies now include riding the Harley through the Texas Hill Country, two-stepping the nights away at the local dance halls and staying on my running program so that I can enjoy my 6 grandchildren!
